Grand Florida

Grand Florida Beachfront Condo Resort is a new resort-type residential complex by the leading developer Blu Sky Asset Plus, covering over 27,000 square meters. Grand Florida is the only resort in Pattaya located on the beachfront with direct beach access. The construction was completed in 2020.

The complex consists of eight 7-story buildings, housing 1,060 apartments of various layouts, the most popular of which include:

The design of the apartments and the entire complex evokes sunny Florida, with elegant villas on the ocean coast - bright spacious rooms, pleasant soft tones in the interior, large floor-to-ceiling French windows, harmony, and lightness combined with nature.

To date, Grand Florida is the largest and most unique resort project in Pattaya. Its uniqueness lies not only in its favorable location but also in its stunning infrastructure. The complex will feature a club-house, which will house the largest fitness center in terms of area, including a gym, a separate boxing room, and a yoga studio. The club-house will also include a children's playroom, library, conference room, billiards room, spa center, and cinema. Residents and guests of the project can enjoy relaxation in a standalone complex for hydro-massage with a hot indoor pool and two types of sauna - dry and steam.
