Real Estate Sales Executive
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, English speaking
- Previous experience in real estate industry is preferred but not required
- Pattaya area knowledge
- Communication and sales skills
- Computer Skills
- Driver’s license with own car
- Good time management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Find new customers and property listings
- Property inspections
- Manage and upload new property listings to the company's database and social media
- Meet all our clients through Renthai System
- Build relationships with customers while sharing your expertise to help them buy and sell homes and condos
- Helping customers to transfer property ownership at the land office

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 18:00 (Flexible)

Photo / Videographer
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, English speaking
- Experience in photography and videography techniques and equipment, including editing software
- Having a portfolio of previous work to showcase your skills and experience
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Traveling to different properties to capture photo and videos
- Editing and retouching photos to ensure they are visually appealing.
- Editing videos and creating social media creatives:
- Creating virtual tours
